Almost without exception, everything on our menus is prepared in-house; breads, patisserie, chocolates, ice cream…
Our kitchen garden provides us with some fine produce. We also gather local wild ingredients and regularly fish the nearby river and sea estuaries.
The emphasis of our cooking is on exciting flavours and textures. Ours is a modern yet traditional kitchen, not a chemistry laboratory. We aim to stimulate the taste buds, excite the palate, satisfy the appetite and, ultimately, make you smile.
